I had never skied in my life but fell in love with it immediately. I would always carry a camera with me to capture the thrill of skiing and the beauty. I was able to work with and shoot skiing and snowboarding with many of the top, talented athletes. My images have been published for advertising and editorial usage in many publications including Powder Magazine, Outside Magazine, Skiing Magazine, Ski Magazine, Ski Journal, Mountain Gazette, Backcountry, Conde Naste, Freeskier, Men’s Journal, Snowcountry, Bike Magazine and many more.
I have shot assignments for products and magazines throughout the world also shooting action skills for the advertising needs for film productions including Matchstick Productions, Warren Miller Films, Red Bull and Scott Gaffney Productions. My images have been used in several books about skiing including the infamous “Squallywood”. I have been a Senior Photographers for Powder Magazine for many years. I also have worked for the Palisades Tahoe (Squaw Valley) ski area marketing department for decades.
